April's meeting features Director of Healthy Living, Victory Family YMCA, Robin Moon, and Chair Yoga Instructor, Melissa McGill, discussing Chair Yoga. Robin and Melissa will talk about the benefits of chair yoga, offer a demonstration and give you the opportunity to try it yourself at your chair.

This meeting is a great opportunity to learn about chair yoga and also a way to spend some productive time with people who understand firsthand what you're experiencing. So please join us and come together with people who understand the challenges of managing PD as a patient, a family member or a caregiver.

MS Support meets the forth Tuesday of each month. Join us Tuesday, January 26, 2016. Support and learning for people with MS, caregivers and families

Be sure to join us on Tuesday, April 26 to share your story, with all its achievements, challenges, hopes and frustrations with individuals who understand the challenges of managing MS. April's meeting will focus on newly diagnosed individuals and their families. Those who have lived with MS for a while can be a big help to newly diagnosed individuals by contributing something you know, or some coping strategy you use, that can make a significant difference in someone else's life.

The Multiple Sclerosis Support Group is your chance to have a voice about your life with MS in a setting where you can feel safe, confident and understood.

You can share your story, with all its achievements, challenges, hopes and frustrations, and exchange information with people who live some of your experiences first-hand. The support group serves as a guide to services and resources and an update on what's new in treatment and research.
