We will not be offering flu shots at this lecture; instead we will be offering the seasonal flu vaccine to the Riverside community at three convenient locations on the Peninsula:

Where: Riverside Health Center, (Weight Loss Center)
850 Enterprise Parkway, Suite 1300
Hampton, VA 23666
When: Monday, November 3, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Newport News
Where: Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center
12650 Jefferson Avenue
Newport News, VA 23602
When: Friday, November 7, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Where: Riverside Williamsburg Family Medicine
120 Kings Way, Suite 1400

PLEASE NOTE: Flu shots are available for adult (over age 18) walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis only (no appointments) while vaccine supplies last. Both the high dose vaccine (for adults 65 and older) and the intradermal vaccine (for adults between 18 and 65) are offered.

The Doctor Is In meets at 9 a.m. in the Food Court (near the fireplace) of Patrick Henry Mall on the last Wednesday of each month.

The discussion is free, the coffee is free and it's a great opportunity to bring a friend, family member or neighbor and learn more about maintaining your health and quality of life as you grow older. Don't miss this thought-provoking series.
